The Penn Parka is made of a water-repellent, poly-cotton fabric. The item is lined with nylon ripstop and padded with artificial down for warmth. An adjustable hood, waist, and bottom hem offer a more adaptable fit. The parka is detailed with two front pockets featuring snap buttons and a zipped sleeve pocket on the left arm.
